LT practical example
Recognition of a Portuguese decree of divorce in Switzerland with reference to the enforcement of the award of custody and alimony claims. LT Lawtank advised the client regarding the prescribed procedure and thereafter prepared the necessary translation of the judgment.
The documents to be translated cannot be processed or are not physically available (e.g. are filed in an old contract archive).
LT Lawtank can digitalise the document using OCR software, creating an identical layout, and then translate the texts as required.

Lack of digital versions of contracts relevant for a decision as to whether to purchase an enterprise plus requirement for translation of these documents. Using its scanning and digitalisation service, LT Lawtank generated digital versions of these contracts, formatted them according to the original document and then translated them.
